Cream Cheese Brownies (Pat) by Pete and Colleen


1 ½ stick melted margarine
3 eggs
2 oz powdered chocolate
-mix well and add:

1 Tbs vanilla
1 ½ c flour
1 ½ c sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¾ c chopped nuts
Mix ingredients well and put in a 12X17 sheet cake pan.

Add the following in a separate bowl:
1- 8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cube softened margarine
2 eggs
3 Tbs flour
3/8 c nuts
1 tsp vanilla
¾ c sugar
Mix ingredients together and put on top of chocolate mixture bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, frost while still warm with:

ICING
1 sq chocolate
¼ c margarine
2 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbs milk
Heat for 1 minute add to 1 lb. powdered sugar and beat well. Frost warm brownies.
