1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1 1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 1/2 cup coconut
1 cup honey
1 cup water
1 cup oil(she uses 1/4 cup if peanut butter is used also)
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbl. vanilla
1/2 - 1 cup oat bran
1/2 - 1 cup peanut butter
raisins, pumpkin seeds, pecans, etc. whatever you like.
Directions ~
~Add dry ingredients except for the spices, together in a bowl.
~Then put wet ingredients in a sauce pan (water, honey, oil, vanilla, peanut butter, and the spices) and heat just until blended.
~Mix wet and dry ingredients and place on cookie sheets.
~Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stir and bake for 15 minutes more.
