Fresh Peach Pie by Pete and Colleen

3 C sliced fresh peaches
2 Tbs lemon juice
2/3 C sugar

Mix together and let set 1 hour. Pour off the juice and thicken with:
2 Tbs corn starch
2 Tbs butter
1 tsp almond flavor

Put peaches in pie shell and cover with sauce. Serve with cream.
