I won 2nd place in our ward pie making contest with this crust! Its the best!
2 cups Flour
2/3 cups shortening
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup cool water
Sift together flour and salt into mixing bowl. Cut or rub shortening until evenly distributed and granular in appearance, about 10 minutes. Add water, mix until dough is just formed. Chill and hour for ease in handling. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes with foil on. Take off foil last 10 minutes.
