½ c water
¼ chopped onion
1 ½ c cooked rice
small package corn chips crushed slightly
1 can of tamales peeled
grated cheese
paprika
Heat the chili, water, onion and rice. Line bottom of 2 quart casserole pan with chips, top with tamales, pour hot chili mixture over and top with cheese, sprinkle on paprika. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
