Hibatchi Salmon

Salmon Fillets
jasmine rice
2 sliced celery
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced red pepper
pea pods
bean sprouts

Sauce and Marinade~
1 cup soy sauce
lime juice from 1 lime
1-2 tsp fresh grated ginger
2/3 cup honey

Reserve half of the marinade to use as a sauce at the end. Marinate salmon in half of the mixture for 1/2 hour. Grill for 20-25 minutes or it's also good baked in the oven. Saute vegetables until tender crisp. Arrange with rice, vegatables and salmon on top. Put small amount of reserved sauce over the top.
